Systemic Team Coaching® drives powerful change at individual, team and organisational levels. This 3.5-day experiential explores how to coach teams to consider both their internal dynamics and external stakeholders, working with the connections and influences within and outside the team. Examining both internal and external aspects, the me provides a valuable way of supporting teams to improve their productivity and performance and therefore realising their full potential.
These programs are for those who want to train professionally as Systemic Team Coaches and participants need to have a team they are coaching while they are on the program, either within their employee organisation or a client team if external.
Completion of the Systemic Team Coaching® Certificate (Practitioner) is required for entry to the year-long Systemic Team Coaching® Diploma (Senior Practitioner).
The programs all run both in hybrid and virtual for individuals and organizations.

Hybrid Program
The program is aligned to cover the teaching, practice and supervision hours and the observation needed for team coaches to attain an Advanced Team Coaching capability, as aligned with the standards set by various accrediting organisations.
It covers in depth: how to coach all 5 disciplines necessary for high value creating teams; a training in using the Team Connect 360 and how to engage teams in the co-inquiry and co-diagnosis stages of the work; and how to coach teams live in business-as-usual meetings.
Program comprises
• ½ day virtual webinar 'Introduction to Systemic Team Coaching®'
• Pre work
• 3-day in-person intensive training
• Optional to attain full practitioner certificat ion 4 x 2-hour Action Learning/Group Supervision sessions over a 6 month period (additional cost and all 4 sessions must be attended)
Hybrid Program
A year-long program, delivered over 7 modules, through a hybrid of virtual and in-person sessions, self-study, group and supervision, we support you in an immersive learning experience.
Designed to build on your substantial knowledge and experience and deepen your experience of creating, developing and leading teams by supporting you in applying your learning to a ‘live’ client assignment. It offers the expertise of highly experienced coaching faculty and support of an experienced, international learning community.
It provides the theory, tools, information, support and learning experiences to help you build and develop your skills as a systemic team coach.
You must have completed the Systemic Team Coaching® Certificate Practitioner and attended four Action Learning/Group Supervision sessions, before you can start the Systemic Team Coaching® Diploma Senior Practitioner program.
