About the event
In this workshop you will be able to reflect on how humour can be part of your supervision practice. First you will be taken through what is humour and important modalities in different contexts. You will be able to clearly distinguish the elements that make humour a good vehicle for learning and reflecting about the supervisee and the work she/he is doing. Also very importantly how avoid using humour negatively.
Finally, you will leave the training with a clear picture on when to use humour and how to leverage it into your clinical practice and/or as supervisor.
