STC® Foundation - Team Development Essentials Virtual

The FOUNDATION LEVEL to the VIRTUAL  Systemic Team Coaching® program, providing learning of the 5 disciplines, demonstrate impactful leadership and boost confidence in collaborating with teams.

this program will consist of: ​

• On-demand Modules featuring Prof. Peter Hawkins and Dr. Catherine Carr 9 hours (6 self-paced lessons, 90 min each)
• Live Practicum Sessions with trained Facilitators 9 hours (6 sessions, 90 min each)
• Live Q&A Sessions with Prof. Peter Hawkins and Dr. Catherine Carr 2 hours (2 sessions, 60 min each)
• 15 Client-Facing Tools
• Exclusive Membership Area with: Video & Audio Recordings ◦ Exercises ◦ Client Tools ◦ Assessments • Exclusive Coach Community Access

Accreditation

Completing the program grants the Systemic Team Coaching® attendance certification, which offers 19 ICF CPD credits (3 for Resource Development & 16 for Core Competency). 

To attain full Systemic Team Coaching® Certificate (Practitioner), participants are required to complete the 4 x 2 hour Group Supervision/Action Learning sessions.   (additional cost)This is also required to join the Diploma program.
