STC® Diploma (Senior Practitioner) Hybrid - Virtual & In-person

A ten month long program, delivered over 3 modules, through a hybrid of virtual and in-person sessions, self-study, group supervision, we support you in an immersive learning experience.

Designed to build on your substantial knowledge and experience and deepen your experience of creating, developing and leading teams by supporting you in applying your learning to a ‘live’ client assignment. It offers the expertise of highly experienced coaching faculty and support of an experienced, international learning community. It provides the theory, tools, information, support and learning experiences to help you build and develop your skills as a systemic team coach.

You must have completed the Systemic Team Coaching® Certificate (Practitioner) and attended all four Group Supervision/Action Learning sessions, before you can start the Systemic Team Coaching® Diploma program.

• This is the highest level of Systemic Team Coaching®

• Integrate Systemic Team Coaching® thinking and some of the practice into coaching

• Improve self-awareness and understanding of the wider system and how it impacts on teams and organizations

• Gain greater insight into how teams work including dynamics, relationships, goals and purpose

• Gain new strategies to enable to engage, motivate and empower teams to perform more effectively

• For those who have completed the Systemic Team Coaching® Certificate (Practitioner)
